Vacation Rental Rates

The property is available from June 1 to September 30 during the summer season, though we can consider other dates. Monthly minimum rental due to community association rules and policies but will consider a 14 Day minimum under the right circumstances. There is a $5000 security deposit for damage to the house and property. In every case there is also a non-refundable $500 application fee plus a refundable $2000 security deposit paid to EBCA to cover any community rule or parking infractions by you or your guests.
